Having trouble logging in? or Lost your Password? Our frequently asked questions below should help you find the answers your looking for.
Question 1: I forgot my password. How can I retreive it?
Answer: If you can't remember your password or simply forgot to write it down on a piece of paper then you can retreive your password here: Reset Your Password
Question 2: I forgot my user name. How can I retreive it?
Answer: Really?.... Well, if you remeber the email you signed up with you can retrieve your user name here: Recover Username
Question 3: Someone has hacked my account. How do I get control back?
Answer: If someone has hacked your account then you need to contact "Tech Support" so we can investigate the issue for you and give you back control of your account.
You can contact Tech Support here: Contact Tech Support
Question 4: My post and/or reply did not get published. Why is that?
Answer: You probably broke some rules that were stated above in the "Code of Conduct" portion of this page.
Or you attempted to upload copyrighted material that placed this entire blog in jeopardy to which we made a
judgement call and realized it would be better to lose your post than to lose our entire website.
Question 5: Why was my account banned or suspended?
Answer: This would tie in to "FAQ: Question 4" except in this case you attempted to do this enough times it couldn't possibly be an oversight, mistake or coincidence on your part.
If your account was hacked during the time these illegal activities occured then we can investigate the problem. If the investigation comes out in your favor and your account is re-established
please operate in a manner that will not get you hacked again. If this scenario goes for a second round your account will stay banned or suspended even if the illegal activity was not your doing.
We cant afford to lose our blog because we decided to sympathize with a user who just cant help getting hacked or having their computer infected.
Question 6: How can I keep from getting my account hacked or getting my computer infected?
Answers:
1.) Try not to view "FREE" adult content. Hackers are successfull with this method because it works. It's like catching a mouse with cheese. It never fails.
2.) Use a genuine version of windows and keep your "Security Center" happy. Install trusted Anti-Virus software, keep the firewall on etc etc.
3.) No matter how much you think you like someone online or think you can trust them, its still not a good idea to give out your login information. Even if your "friend" is not looking to betray
you they may still have an affinity for "FREE" adult content or have never heard of the "Anti-Virus" concept. They may unknowingly give up your password.
